ElBaradei says terrorists more worrisome than Iran on nukes

Mohamed ElBaradei, director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said the world should be more worried about terrorists obtaining nuclear weapons than about Iran's nuclear program.

ElBaradei expressed some optimism over the possibility of a diplomatic solution with Iran after speaking with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. He said that there was no military solution to the standoff.

Warning against an exclusive nuclear club, ElBaradei called for "a system where every country feels secure."

On Friday, Iran denied reports that UN inspectors had found highly-enriched uranium traces at an Iranian site. Tehran does claim the ability to produce low-grade uranium at its facility in Natanz.
